You can change the email address associated with your SubAssistant account by changing the email address used for email notifications (even if you don't have email notifications enabled). 



  1. From the SubAssistant app or website go to your account dashboard
  2. Tap NOTIFICATION OPTIONS
  3. Tap the pencil icon to the right of your email address
  4. Enter a valid email address and tap Save


We recommend using a personal email address as opposed to one issued to you from your employer so you can continue to receive important messages from SubAssistant when you're away, continue to access your SubAssistant account if your employer restricts access to your email, and because employer-issued email accounts tend to block messages from SubAssistant more frequently.
