SubAssistant can connect to all your Absence Management (formerly Aesop) accounts to check it for jobs. If you have a six-digit multiple-district PIN for Absence Management, it's best to register just that one multi-district account instead of many single-district accounts. 


Please note: SubAssistant doesn't use your Absence Management website username/password. Instead, it uses your 10-digit phone number and 4-6 digit phone PIN. See this help article for more details. 


Connect your Absence Management account to SubAssistant

  1. Open the SubAssistant app or sign in at SubAssistant.com
  2. From the Dashboard, select CONNECTED ACCOUNTS
  3. Select the Connect Account button
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection
