When your Frontline Absence Management user ID changes, you need to update the user ID linked to your SubAssistant account. To do this, you'll link the new user ID to SubAssistant as a new account (instead of updating the existing link).

Please note: SubAssistant doesn't use your Absence Management website username/password. Instead, it uses your 10-digit phone number and 4-6 digit phone access PIN. See this help article for more details


Via the SubAssistant website

  1. Sign into your SubAssistant account
  2. Under Your School District Accounts header click + Add a new Absence Management account
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the link


Via the SubAssistant app for Android

  1. Open the SubAssistant app and sign in (if necessary)
  2. Open the menu (tap the green icon in the top-left corner) and tap Your Accounts
  3. Tap the add (+) button in the top-right corner
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the link


Via the SubAssistant app for iOS (iPhone / iPad):

  1. Open the SubAssistant app and sign in (if necessary)
  2. Tap the Add Account button at the bottom of the screen
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the link
