Cancel your Premium plan any time from the SUBSCRIPTION section of your account at SubAssistant.com.
- Sign in to subassistant.com/subscription
- Under Change Plan, select the Basic plan
Your Premium stays until your next billing date, then your account switches to free Basic plan. If you don't want to receive notifications on the Basic plan, go to your CONNECTED ACCOUNTS section and disconnect your Absence Management account(s).
Already on the Basic plan?
This means there's no Premium plan to cancel, and there’s no active subscription on the account. If you're being charged, you likely have Premium on a different account. Try logging out and back in with different details.
