When you request a password reset, you will only need to enter the email address associated with the SubAssistant account you wish to reset. An email will be sent to this address with your username and a special link that will take you to a page where you can choose a new password. If you do not receive the password reset email, you may need to check your spam/junk mail folder for the message.

After you click the reset password link sent to your email, you will see a page that allows you to change your password. Enter the new password of your choice and click Change Password. After that, you’ll be taken back to the sign-in page to enter in your existing username and the new password you just chose.
