SubAssistant offers email, text message (SMS), and push (app) notifications. Each method alerts you to available jobs and allows you to accept the job quickly, but each method differs slightly in how you accept jobs.

  • When using email notifications: Open the email and use the link at the bottom of the email to attempt to accept the job. A web page will open and display the result of the attempt. Wait for this web page to display a message before closing the web browser.
  • When using text message (SMS) notifications: View the full text message, then tap the link at the end of the text message to attempt to accept the job. A web page will open and display the result of the attempt. If your device is running iOS 10, you'll need to tap the "preview" that appears to open the web page after you tap the link the first time. After the web page opens, wait for it to display a message before closing the web browser.
  • When using push (app) notifications, using iOS: Tap the notification to open the app, or open the app from the icon on your homescreen. Once the app is displayed, tap the desired job from the current jobs list to attempt to accept the job. Wait for a message to appear in the app to display the result of your attempt.
  • When using push (app) notifications, using Android: Slide open the notification bar, then tap the accept action button that appears below the notification (expanding the notification if necessary). Alternatively, tap the notification to open the app, or open the app from the icon on your homescreen. Once the app is displayed, tap the desired job from the current jobs list to attempt to accept the job. Using either method, wait for a message to appear in the app to display the result of your attempt.
